Vidya Shakti Niyas is a philanthropic organization dedicated towards improving the living standards of the unprivileged people around Bileipada and nearby villages. The non profit organization was formed in 2002 by a group of dedicated volunteers from Tata Sponge township.

VSN serves the community as a Public Charitable Welfare Trust and strives to uplift the life of the weaker sections of society residing in the surroundings villages. Welfare measures include issues on general health & well being, nutrition, education, sports, social awareness, entrepreneurship, employability, female empowerment, mother & child care, art & culture among others.

A dedicated group of volunteers render their services for various initiatives taken up by the organization. Over a span of 14 years, the charitable organization has transformed many a village in the vicinity. It has made a huge impact in the lives of its community, turning Vidya Shakti Niyas, a household name in the surrounding villages.
